And that’s where one of our Act! Product Support packages comes to the rescue. It means you always have a friendly expert on hand when you’re not sure how to do something or when you want to develop things to the next stage.

We get to know you, your business and your Act! database so you know you’re always getting the best advice.

Many of our clients use the service for routine configuration changes as well. We look after all the configuration and the other bits behind the scenes. Using our TeamViewer remote login facility we can look after database backups and maintenance, field changes, screen designs and adding and removing users.

We can also look after your email marketing for you as well if you wish (additional cost).
