* A "User" is someone who can log in to your ACT! database. Costings are based on the number of Users.
** Web browsers currently supported include Microsoft Internet Explorer V7, V8, V9, and Firefox V 3.5, V 3.6 and V4
*** One month notice os required for termination of contract by either side. Termination takes place at the end of the calendar month, following the month in which written termination was requested. If you have a 12 month contract the remainder of the 12 month fee will be collected by direct debit. At the end of the contract, and when all monthly fees have been received, the customer receives a copy of their ACT! database as an ACT! backup. You will require a licenced copy of ACT! to open this file. ACT! licences can be provided at additional cost.
