It is my pleasure to announce the release of 123 Sync Server 2012 for ACT! and Exchange. This is a major release of the product with the following improvements and modifications:

It is our first Server-Only product to sync ACT! with Outlook or Exchange.

New server-engine technology has reduced memory footprint by a factor of 5

New support for recurring activity exceptions i.e. cleared, erased, and modified recurring activities are matched to Outlook/Exchange.

New support for multi-user scheduling of single events. This has resulted on an absolute elimination of "duplicate" events from synchronizing multi-user events.

New addition of fully user-customizable body text to include any number of standard/user defined fields to sync with Outlook.

Support for Windows Service, Windows Scheduler and Interactive Background processing.

Support for user configurations from 1 to infinity.

Daily Logging for ease of use and recording

New Messaging hardened programming for reliability. All tests were made against an 18,000+ ACT! database.

Group Processing improvements: Group sync speed has been optimized and is about 50x faster.

Group Filter with Activities: Added support to sync a group and all the contacts with related activities.

Added capability to sync todos, calls, meetings and ALL custom activities to the Outlook/Exchange calendar. Great for iPhones since they do not support Outlook Tasks folders.

Compatible with ACT! 2007 through 2012, ALL versions of Exchange, and ALL version of Outlook 32-bit.

And last but not least, we spent 4 months testing this product. It is by far our most tested sync product ever.
